Shipping Policy

Shipping Most orders will ship same business day depending on the time in which the order was placed. In cases in which an item was shown in stock but was presold you will be notified via email whether you would like to keep the order in process, purchase another product, or cancel the order for a full refund.

1. Free Shipping

All orders over $150.00 purchased within the 48 continental United States. PSG Automotive will choose carrier, USPS, FedEx, or UPS. All truck freight, common carrier, and straight truck delivered orders are excluded, as well as orders to Alaska and Hawaii. In the event of special order or drop ship (orders sent directly from manufacturer) special shipping charges may apply. You will be notified prior, for approval. Other shipping options are available and rates are clearly displayed. NOTE: Truck Freight Items are dimensionally too large, over 60lbs, and items commonly damaged via conventional ground shipping, such as tool boxes. items such as bumpers, brush guards, wheel to wheel nerf bars, and toolboxes, will be shipped in most cases via our own PSG Automotive transport (where available) minimizing delivery charges and ensuring undamaged deliveries. All truck freight or PSG Automotive transport items are excluded from the free freight policy.

2. Shipping Turnaround

Depending on the time of day in which the order is processed and which strategic warehouse is chosen. We will make our best attempt to ship same day (excluding Saturday and Sunday) from our nearest warehouse with product availability.

3. Inventory Errors

Unfortunately there are times when inventory is low or restocking is behind and even when our pickers pick your item and it’s damaged. In these cases we will contact you immediately and resolve to the best of our ability and your satisfaction.

4. Shipping Costs

All shipping costs are figured on the UPS rate scale calculator. Any order with dimensions beyond the UPS max guideline or greater than 150lbs will go truck freight. If this happens you will receive a freight quote for approval prior to shipment.

4. Shipping Options

PSG Automotive offers many shipping options including 3day, 2day, and Next day. The specific rate for each option will show up on the shipping calculator in the shopping cart.

5. Factors Affecting Shipping Transit Times

The timeliness of your order depends on several factors but be assured in most cases orders are received between 1-5 business days. Holidays, especially between Thanksgiving and Christmas are busy for everybody especially our shipping providers. You may experience delayed deliveries during Holidays and inclement weather conditions affecting any travel. Very rural addresses or unique zip codes can also cause delay. Regardless of location in the United States we will assign a tracking number and email it as soon as the order is shipped. PSG Automotive receives back any items shipped to an undeliverable address. In this situation we will contact you immediately.

6. Damaged In Shipping UPS & FedEx

If your package is delivered (UPS FEDEX) and it’s obvious there is damage please take a picture and refuse the item, then have the driver start a claim. Notify us so we can expedite your claim and get you a new part. The more documentation you have the quicker we can get you your replacement. If your item was delivered without anyone home please take a picture for documentation and contact us.

7. Damaged In Shipping Freight Carrier

In cases where product is delivered via Freight Carrier it is imperative any product, crate, or box damage be noted and inspected with the driver, if this in not done, and the order has been signed for, it’s very unlikely any recovery will be made. PSG Automotive assumes no responsibility for the order if these actions are not taken.

Here Are Your Options & Procedures…

  • 1. You must note any and all damages on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves. The good news is that we insure our deliveries and you can certainly keep your item and file a claim with the freight company.
  • 2. Refuse and send back to us (please take pictures and send to PSG Automotive). If for any reason the driver does not allow you to open the package for inspection you must write on the delivery receipt concealed damage driver, would not permit opening for inspection. If this step is not followed PSG Automotive will assume no liability for any replacement or refund.

Customer Returns

In the event you need to make a return, you have 15 days to do so after receiving your item. After going through the return process and your return is received defect free and in a sellable condition, your refund will be issued.

Please note all returns will have a 15% restocking fee (unless it’s the fault of PSG Automotive) and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer (unless it’s the fault of PSG Automotive). Please note any item purchased with free shipping will have the actual shipping cost deducted from the refund.

Q & A Shipping

When Will My Order Ship?

Orders received by 2PM local time typically are processed the same day received. Shipping times will vary depending on your location and selected shipping options. Typical shipping times range from 1-5 days and may vary during the holiday season. For UPS shipments you can track the progress of the order using their order tracking number available on your order. Shipping delays can occur when the wrong address or zip code is submitted for the shipping address. If the shipping company cannot deliver the package we will contact you via phone or e-mail.

What Shipping Options Are Available?

PSG Automotive offers our customers the option of selecting 2 day ground, next day, or air through either the United States Postal Service USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS) for shipments in the continental U.S.

How Are Returns Handled?

If an items needs to be returned, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees and should obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please contact our Customer Service Department at 937-419-8785 to discuss the reason for the return and make the necessary arrangements. The amount of the refund will be based on the purchase price of your products and may include a restocking fee.

Do You Ship Outside The Continental U.S.?

We apologize for any inconvenience but we do not currently ship outside the continental U.S. We do not ship to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other U.S. Territories, or international locations at this time.
